In February 2009, Intech built and delivered their fourth ESS-ITA to Harris Corporation in support of the High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) Universal Launcher Interface Unit (HULIU) project. The combat-proven HIMARS provides long-range rocket and missile artillery fire support for lighter, more mobile fighting forces.

This particular ITA is used to provide electrical stimuli to a UUT.
